I got a call a few weeks ago from a friend of mine that told me that there were no good deals right nows in the real estate market right now. I told him that was the craziest thing that I have ever heard. I then proceeded to ask him how many offers did he make. 0 offers. Well thats why you think there are now good deals out there right now. Here is the formula to see if you are making enough offers or if you are making offers if your ratio’s are good or not.
