Wow! This is our 50th episode of REI TV Show and I am super excited. I can’t believe that we are at number 50 already. It seems like just yesterday I was just thinking about creating REI TV Show. Thank all of you for watching I truly appreciateeveryone of you! This is a very special episode that is dedicated to a person that I am going become very good friends with someday. That person is Gary Vaynerchuk, fellow Jersey boy, Host of Wine Library TV, author of New York Times Best Seller “Crush IT, Why NOW is the Time to Cash in on Your Passion, and future owner of the New York Jets!

I meet a lot of real estate investors all over the country and they always ask me why I created REI TV Show. Well it’s because I lovereal estate investing and connecting with and helping people. It is my passion. Though that is not how the idea to create show came about. This is the true story of how Gary Vaynerchuk inspired the creation of REI TV Show and helped awaken a sleeping giant in me!

Gary Vaynerchuk has teamed up with legendary real estate artist Frank McKinney to support The Caring House Project Foundation. Watch this video for the full details.

The Caring House Project Foundation was founded in 1998 on the premise that stability begins at home. Without the most basic needs of shelter being met, there is often little hope.

Their mission has expanded over the years to include elements now crucial to a self-sufficient existence where the poor and homeless will no longer have to rely on government nor charities to sustain and improve their lives.

CHPF is now creating villages based upon this self-sufficiency, such as the significant undertakings they have underway in Testasse & Gonaives, Haiti. So this is more than charity. And when you donate with Caring House Project, rest assured your money goes to work. You can see and visit the results if you like. You can actually join them on one of  their trips to Haiti to see the difference that you are making.

Frank Mckinney  has never taken a salary, and all of the profits from his books and speaking engagements go 100% to the Caring House Project Foundation.
