This was a great video and about a topic that I really strive to achieve. Have you ever heard of Steve Cook and his Lifeonaire quest?
Hopefully you can get Elmer back to talk a little more indepth on how he automates some of his systems.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Steve but I have had the chance to hang with his partner Shaun McClosky and he was cool. I like the way they have their business set up. I will def get Elmer back for some more in depth business automation. He is a really good guy.

Hi Jon I just wanted to leave you a little comment about this ep, and man I must say I really enjoyed the convo that guy seem really down to earth to be such a success in the business. I hope to be in the same shoes one of these day. I also had a good time on this pass Friday at your free question and answer seminar, dinner was good too. Love hang with people that are the real deal in this business it means the world to me!
