Wendy Patton called me Friday night to let me know she was going to be in Philly for the day if I wanted to hang out after she spoke at the 2009 PA Real Estate Investors Wealth Conference. So Saturday I took a drive down to the conference and met up with Wendy after she spoke to the group. We started talking real estate investing and got so wrapped up in the conversation the next thing we knew she was almost going to miss her flight back to Michigan. So we had to make a mad dash to the airport. I even went over 3 speed bumps at 40+MPH (True Story) I was going to shoot another in depth episode for you but we had no time. I decided to shoot a quick episode driving at 65mph in the rain on the Pennsylvania Turnpike one handed! NICE! I can’t wait to see the comments for that one…lol Anyway we were able to get to the airport with 3 minutes to spare to check in and she made it home safe and sound! Wendy Patton is one of the coolest people that I know. She is a wonderful teacher and a successful real estate investor. If she comes to your area I would highly recommend you go and check her out. Oooooo What do We Have Here?

This is a “lost episode”. I was supposed to be #41 but #41 ended up being something else. I wish I could come up with a better story for you but I figured better just stay real. This was recorded back in June at Wendy Patton’s Soft Market Real Estate Investing Boot Camp. It is a lot of fun and all I am saying is it involves a jacuzzi! Enjoy!
