In this episode we are at the New Jersey 2009 Mortgage Brokers Convention in Atlantic City. I wish they had it in June or July not March we could have gone swimming!

Anyway, it was still worth it. Got to meet a lot of new people and saw some old friends too. Oh yeah and one of us had to sneak in even though we bought tickets….that was funny

So you may be asking yourself, your an investor, why would you take the time to go down to the mortgage brokers convention? Well its because there is an abundance of untapped seller and money lead sources in conventions like that. Not to mention after theĀ  financial collapse of most lending institutionsĀ mortgage brokers really know how to party!

I hope you enjoy! Please leave me some comments! Share this with friends! Join up on the friend connect! See you soon! JZ

Matt Thank you so much! I can't wait till we all get to hang out again. IT was a blast having dinner with you and your family in Miami! I love the input bro you are spot on!
  • Jon, great video man! You are spot on we have been doing the same marketing to mortgage brokers here in Des Moines. A good idea as well is to use an aweber program to set the Mortgage Brokers up with a series of emails after your meeting to make sure you keep fresh in their minds after the initial meet and greet. Keep up the good work!
