K.I.S.S. means to Keep It Simple Stupid!
Many people go into analysis paralysis when it comes to real estate investing. They think that real estate is a very complicated business where only a few elite people rise to the top. When in reality, real estate investing, like everything else in the world, it has an inherent simplicity. Meaning when you really cut away all the B.S., real estate investing at its core is simple!
We make real estate investing complicated. How? With all of the information overload we put our brains through. Going from technique to technique trying to find the answer! Well the answer is stop that! Your making it more complicated than you have to. If you are really interested in a real estate investing technique really study, internalize, and then implement it. Reading about a technique is a really good thing but it can be confusing. That is why you have to internalize and then implement as well. When I do that is when I usually have a moment of clarity, I see the strategy for what it really is, and then I find the inherent simplicity in that strategy. Once you see the simplicity in something, you will be able to focus on just that and leave all the other garbage (that usually just make the strategy look sexy) behind and focus on the simple stuff that will sky rocket you business results.
