There are many things that you can do to speed up the short sale process and there are also many things that can slow it down. The last thing you want to do is be part of the problem. They were just hanging by a thread because the water damage from the neighbors sink leaking was so bad. We were also over $100,000.00 in debt which was in itself an accomplishment at 24 years old. It was a struggle just to keep food in the house for us and the cat’s at that time.

I had to take a chance and spend money that I did not have to follow my dreams. I understand how it can be hard to take a leap of faith to change your life but sometimes it has to be done.

It is the best move I have ever made. My life is totally different now. Life is good!
