At age 22, Jon Zorrer was mortgage broker for local mortgage company in New Jersey. He originated loans, recruited loan officers, and trained loan officers along with partner Jorge Zeballos.

And then one day the pain came back. Hurt from a previous job two herniated/ruptured discs stopped him in his tracks . He became bedridden for about eight months. December 26, 2006 the day after Christmas, Santa Claus brought him back surgery.

After recovering from the unexpected surgery Jon came back to find the Mortgage Industry in shambles. Banks were going out of business left and right. (still are) It seemed like all of the mortgage business and loan products had dried up.

He was broke and needed his situation to change!!

Then one day a sign came, an email from someone named Vena saying to come to this Foreclosure Summit. He took the last credit card he had and booked the trip to Texas and never looked back.

At age 24, Jon Zorrer along with partner Kasey Smith started Prosperity Home Solutions, their real estate investing company, in an apartment that was in pre-foreclosure.

Through the help of friend and mentor Vena Jones-Cox they rose through the real estate ranks quickly and with ease.

Jon and his partner Kasey Smith bought and sold over $4.5 Million Dollars of real estate and were named Foreclosure Summit Investors of the Year 2007-2008 in their first year of full-time real estate investing. They continue to buy and sell real estate primarily in the Greater Newark New Jersey Area and have National connections with experienced real estate investing professionals.
