This is easily going to go down as one of my favorite episodes of REITVshow ever. About 2 months ago when I was at Wendy Patton Soft Market Investing boot camp I got to meet a very special future millionaire. His name is Arron and he’s 12 years old

Arrons music teacher, Mr. L., produces the music for Wendy Patton’s real estate investing courses.  One day Mr. L. saw Arron reading the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. The next time he saw Wendy he told her about the boy’s interests in real estate investing. So Wendy decided to give him her lease option and subject to real estate investing book.

So after reading the book Arron decided to send about page of questions back to Wendy asking all about the different strategies looking for a little more clarification. Wendy was so impressed at the level of questions that he was asking that she decided to invite him to her real estate investing boot camp.

I have to say is one of the coolest kids in the world and he’s really lucky to be where he’s at. Wendy gave Arron all of her courses and invited him to participate in her coaching program for free. With the cosigning of his parents he should buy his first house within this year.
