Pete Youngs AKA Mr. Rehab is one of the funniest real estate investors that I know. Every time I see Pete he always has a few new jokes to tell.

Mr. Rehab is also one of the smartest real estate investor I know. He has a bazillion…yes a bazillion, tips and tricks that have saved me tons of money on my rehabs and my wholesale deals.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a rehabber or wholesaler it is crucial you know how a rehabber thinks because they are your buyers. You have to know you are giving them a great deal so you build rapport with your buyer and they continue to buy from you. The easy you make it for your buyer the more money they are going to give you.
